​The following are requirements needed while applying for a study visa

• Copy of valid national passport (bio-data page)
• Current immigration status of the student/ intern / researcher (if in the country)
• Current four (4) passport size colored photos (2 for immigration and 2 for the college)
• Copies of academic certificates

Please note: Documents in foreign languages should be translated into English by either the Embassy, Public Notary, or authorized /recognized institution

• Commitment letter from parent/legal guardian/sponsor addressed to the Director of Immigration Services, P.O Box 30191-00100 Nairobi.
• National passport copy of the sponsor
• Proof of funds (for self-sponsored students)
• Consent letter from the parents (for minors)
• Copy of parent’s national transport (for minors)
• Copy of birth certificate (for minors)

• Clearance letter from the Department of Refugee Affairs (for refugees)
• Certified copies of progress report/transcripts obtained(by the issuing institution) –for renewal cases
• Copy of student’s pass previously held -for renewal cases
• Police Clearance Certificate from the country of origin or if a resident, from the Kenya Police Service

Note: In addition to the above, Nigerian Nationals must provide an original National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Clearance Certificate

We work closely with several hostels near the school that we recommend our students to due to their affordable rates; these are a walking distance from our school. They [hostels] are located in safe and friendly environments with a homely atmosphere.
